My mom has told me stories of sexual harassers. It's scary shit. As short and scrawny as I am, to be totally honest I'm glad I'm a male. Not in a chauvinistic way but more in a "if I was a woman I'd always feel vulnverable" way.

Just one thing that you didn't touch upon, is sometimes guys think they are being lead on. In 8th grade I was friends with a girl, and I felt her ass once and she said "stop" sort of in a laughing way, but she'd still poke me and basically asked me out so I guess she was interested, but sometimes there is confusion. Did she really want me to stop? When she was saying "stop" did she not like it or was she just saying that so anyone who may have noticed doesn't think she is a slut? Etc., etc.

I already know (as I did then) if you are unsure if you should stop, STOP, but I could see how some guys might have in the same instance kept doing it because "I thought she liked it" sort of mentality. Add alcohol, and I could see why date rape is unfortunately a common occurrence.
