By Spaceplane, yes, regular aircraft. I was under the impression that all plane parts were considered Spaceplane, oh well. Just use any of the new parts that were included in .15 excluding the Aerospike engine. Don't use rocket tanks and engines.

I'm not sure if they pull them out of circulation because of a stamp like that because I know some stores and possibly banks actually mark bills with markers sometimes and those go around all the time.

I spent the dollar in a vending machine so I have no clue where it would even go from there.
