For added fun, make up a whole bunch of ridiculous rules, such as you must sit criss-cross, if you re-position, that's a strike, or say you can't show your palms. One of my favorites was the farting rule. If we had to fart, we had to raise our hand, (not showing palms) and ask, "Mr. Commissioner, I wish to expel flatulence." All the while keeping a straight face. Also, once you're experienced enough, it adds a lot of intensity to the game by having a rule against taking too long to send the ball.

NOTE when me and my friends play, instead of using the "fwap" method listed on the page, we would simply make a fist, and tap whichever side we wished to pass the ball. One tap for one person, two taps for two. Any more than that, use the zoom.
