When I walk, I always look left/right before overtaking people so I don't cut anyone else off who is walking at my pace. Also, I try to avoid doing dead stops unless it is an absolute emergency.

Like most gyms, the one I go to has the free weights from the cardio and all that fun stuff. Hardly any women come to the weights section and when they do, they can't wait to get the hell out. As such, they do some random half-assed stuff and split. However, there are a few that basically spends the majority of their time in the weight pit and it makes me so happy to see them there, busting their asses, lifting and sweating.

So far I have resisted saying anything to any of them for fear of scaring them away (yeah I am a scary looking dude so that doesn't help), but it is just so nice to some women take their workouts seriously and don't 1/2 ass it.
