You don't need emotions. They're not you. You're not them.

Don't ever get affected by other's emotions either. You don't need their emotional rubbish. Shut it down, it should never affect you in any way. That's how governments control crowds, the whole "crowd psychology" ordeal. You don't need to feel what others feel.

Remain neutral. Don't ever say something deep inside you know you shouldn't say but your emotions wants/makes you to tell. Tell your truth, not the emotion's.

Don't share your emotions. Stay yourself and keep your own point of view.

It's like when watching a movie. Don't forget about yourself and dive into the movie, don't get emotionally involved with the characters. Always remain a spectator.

This might seem strange and not very empathic at first, but it greatly increases your consciousness and heals your social environment.

The key to understanding this is that you have to remain neutral in order to transcend duality. Duality is the illusion that there are good and bad things, high and low, cold or hot and so forth - the very core of the "third density" or "third dimension" that we are living in.

If you look at a coin, heads and tails appear completely different. Opposites, you might say. But when you zoom out, you realize that you're looking at a coin, one coin.

In that sense, duality is just the interpretation of an intention. If you are neutral you can truly communicate your intentions and therefore you can decode other's intentions.

When you start doing that you will remember that what you are living, all those experiences, are not you. They should not affect you.

I'm referring to the illusion that you are the experience you're living - when in fact you just live the experience. You are so much more than that.

If that doesn't make much sense to you, look at the emotions, especially fear, more closely. When people act because of fear it's like they lose control of themselves. They act against their instinct, their intuition.

I believe David Icke said "When you follow intuition, you live life. When you follow your mind alone, life lives you."

There are various methods to get rid of emotions. What worked the most for me was visualizing myself from a third-person point of view until the emotion(s) disappeared. Like if I was seeing myself in a mirror or filming myself from across the room with a camera.

That's a pretty fun exercise - it'll teach you to visualize with your heart and not with your brain, as your thoughts can only be about the past or the future, not about the present, look into it.

That's a journey into the "here, now", outside of this infernal dream of "me/mine". You'll acquire the ability to have a clear communication with the world.

Bonus material: about the way others see you / the way you see others.

What a person tells you is neither true or false. For example, if someone insults you it's because this person is at some level sick or unbalanced. If you open up to this, and let their emotions affect you, you've lost. You've been penetrated by those feelings.

Don't accept others emotions and you'll always feel calm. Neither good nor bad, just balanced. It's also important to realize that when someone tells you that "you look fabulous" or similar positive stuff, it's just according to the image they have of you. They don't know you - the "inner self" you. Nothing that they think concerns you. It only concerns them.

You must not judge anyone. Not even yourself. No one has the right to tell you that they can judge you. You can listen to others judging you/them, but don't accept it within yourself. If you start arguing about anything, mostly negative stuff, they won. You don't even have to defend yourself. Just give your point of view on the subject one time and then let them talk to the void.

Also you'll realize that there is nothing to fear, and that you don't need to lie anymore. Never lie, especially to make yourself superior or interesting to others. Stay true to yourself.
