I agree that you make good points. The U.S. has always been pretty uptight about nudity and personally I don't care about boobs. The main issue here is most likely this was an accidental shot and the photographer took advantage of it. That is not professional and no matter what your stance on boobies are most women don't want theirs shown without permission. What country this happened in is irrelevant because it is internationally assholian.
