I am not sure what you mean by suit 2 having "way too low" arm holes. They seem to be higher that the holes in suit three. Judging by the lay of the fabric, the arm diameter seems to be too small in suit three.

Something I have found is that the width of pants makes a huge difference. You have a bulky upper body. Highlight it. You do not want a jacket that chokes your muscles. I think that tapering the legs and getting what tailors call a "soft break" or even "no break" would make the biggest difference in the overall look of these suit.

One looks fairly decent. I would love to see a picture of the arms, taken shoulder level, 20 degrees behind the shoulder. Folds back there indicate incorrect arm hole placement and size.

All that said, I think these suits look pretty decent from the photos.
