I have absolutely no experience treating schizophrenia, so I won't say anything about that. I will say, however, that there is no need to delete that account. Not only will no one be heartbroken if that name is taken, but even after accounts are deleted they cannot be re-created. It just says "this username is already taken by a user that was deleted", or something like that. I encountered it once.

My 2nd-grade school had a hallway like this. The end I was usually near was reversed at the end of the corridor. One day I went in the other end's girls' room, and noted that this bathroom down here had all stalls! How fancy. I noticed my error on the way out. Luckily, this was after school and nobody saw me.
