I respect their massive rain boots when it's wet out. Somehow they make that look good too.

Overall I'd say 8 out of 10. There's still a lot of unoriginality, even in people who are trying so hard to be original (The Harajuku/Yoyogi crowd).

In my country women are generally 20-50 lbs overweight which makes it quite difficult for them to look great in any clothes. Japan doesn't have that problem. On top of that they are quite good at working with what God gave them. You see a lot of 7's, 8's, 9's out walking around but if you get them home and the clothes and makeup comes off you'll be lucky if they're a 6.

It's the girls that don't wear the designer shit, the makeup, or the dyed hair that are the true beauties of this country though.
