Yeah, but I thought our bodies were designed for long distance running and not high speed, high impact running such as HIIT. Not sure if that kind of running would be too much for my feet to handle.

Before summer break started I had a meal plan at school so I figured I would just eat a shit ton there and cut when as much food wasn't available at home over the summer. I was probably getting 4000-5000 calories and 250g protein per day. Now I'm getting 3000-3500 calories and 150-200g protein per day. Thanks!

Obviously if I'm in school, a hospital, or their place of work I will refer to them as Doctor. But anything outside that is pointless.

school=college/university if you didn't understand that by now. College classes aren't a very casual environment either now, are they?

Hahaha, I am definitely one of the more respectful young people I know but there is still no point in referring to someone as "doctor" in casual conversations/environments. Maybe if you're a prick who expects/demands everyone's respect you will want everyone to call you doctor, but if that's not the case it's useless.
