you can't when you worry about drug tests, you can cheat but it's easier and less worry free if you just pee clean.

Beer consumption and headaches by cursedmonkeyin beer

[–]tjandearl 2 points3 points ago

the German beer is stronger? Some beers just tend to give me a headache more than others, stay hydrated, best advice I can give. Gatorade is a good hangover prevention, the electrolytes and etc help alot since you will use alot of them processing the alcohol

It was not easy with all the little bumps in between my fingers to make this, so I do hope you appreciate it. by jenniferwillowin trees

yea, I'm more worried about my excess weight because my family has a history of heart issues, we also have slow metabolisms so 1500 calories a day and regular exercise is still putting on a pound a week, losing weight sucks =(.

Inner beauty is where it's at, I once was superficial and wanted to be around the good looking popular types, it caused me nothing but pain. The eccentrics, well traveled people who can pass on wisdom and a good story, kind hearted, hardworking, and brutally honest (I am, i feel that someone who is willing to lie to you about something small is willing to lie about something much bigger) are the types i want to be around.

yea, unfortunately reading people is something you learn through experience, and sadly some people never catch onto it.

Passionate about something is good, I like that!

woohoo validation!

I wasn't blessed with good looks so I had to work hard to carve out my place in society, and my social circles, fortunately my social circles are interesting and we do cool things, Home brewing, fireworks (legally! big ones!), flying planes, and we do party but getting drunk isn't the only thing that binds us, which seems to be the social norm in my generation.

No one is pretty when they die anyways.

I said you were entitled to your own opinion, and I mine, we just disagree, don't ask for a differing opinion if you feel you will be offended by the answer, because I just don't care.

And yea everyone feels better when they are looking their sharpest, but I was not blessed with good looks. I just feel that I took more value from a relationship based on close interaction and sharing interests than I did from any where I wanted to be around someone because they were "beautiful", because once that beauty fades (oh and does it go fast) there's nothing left but someone who was handed everything for being good looking.

There's just better things to do with my time than worry about how I look, looks fade anyways, but my experiences, intellectual achievements, and great relationships based on the former will stick with me forever or until my mind is gone.

I am sure there are plenty of males that use makeup as well, and it's actually kind of sad we put so much pressure on people to look a certain way that makeup is such a common place item.

true beauty lies within anyways, instead of drinking and fucking like a rabbit in high school and college I actually, I dunno worked hard and gained foothold in a career, which allowed me to see and do interesting things and build character. I actually don't care that school sucked so bad because I didn't have "conventional good looks".

I am actually comfortable with the fact most people don't consider me good looking, if they want to ignore or ridicule me because of that it's only their problem, they are shallow and I wouldn't have anything to talk to them about anyways. Rather I meet people through experiences and through that I have a small circle of really good friends rather than 600 acquaintances on facebook, you'd be surprised how much better your life is when you find some hobbies meet people through them and enjoy your life.

Seriously though, started home brewing joined a club met interesting people no one cared what anyone looked like. From a guy I met there I am now a licensed pyrotechnician, from there I met a guy willing to give me half off access on flight time so I can get my Private Pilot's License. I am also getting into aquarium clubs as I have always enjoyed that as well.

My point is instead of spending several hours in front of a mirror caring what you look like get out there and DO something with yourself, the possibilities are endless and you don't know where you'll end up. And if you're having fun and are a jolly fellow regardless of how you look you will end up with great friends and around great people. Life is a journey experience it!

Yea we are probably cutting it up and getting rid of it that way, I am staying where I am at until I get a house of my own, and it was a free well worn couch, apartment living!

It's the fact that the seizure was illegal to start with, making any evidence gathered from it unusable.

Since you are basically forced into this interaction with the officer without probably cause you are in the clear, although you will have to lawyer up to fight it. It's been ruled on a couple times.

In most cases since those rulings they are looking to hit you with littering and illegal u-turns, or diving off to avoid the checkpoint waiting to pounce on side streets, since the cops know they can't just simply run the dog around your car at a checkpoint.

good move! take advantage of it too, if your parents are covering you you have one of the better plans then!

I know some BCBS plans (like the one I have at work) won't cover spouses or children...

it is, but if paired with seizure without probable cause it becomes unconstitutional.

Drug checkpoints are seizures without probable cause, the dog then is basically a search.

Makeup is a crutch when you should feel good about yourself anyways.

That's just my opinion, you're entitled to your own.

I just choose to live my life under these words, "Constant Self Improvement".

I feel good about me because I work hard, I do neat things, I am an accomplished dinner host and amazing cook, and people want to be around ME, otherwise im a little overweight and a hideous fucking guy (in my opinion). I am losing the weight, but that's because I need to be healthier so I feel better and am overall happier.

Makeup wouldn't improve me any, just hide me.

My opinion was in context to a drug checkpoint, they are basically "Seizing" you without probable cause, then when the drug dog comes up, that's basically a search at that point since you are seized without probable cause.

You are sitting in traffic that isn't moving waiting for a dog to sniff your car when you gave the officer no reason to stop you in the first place.

Once you have broken the law it's all in how you handle the situation. Most officers are shady and don't have any hard evidence even in speeding stops. Only answer with clear yes and knows, if the officer asks something that you can incriminate yourself with like "DO you know why I stopped you" honestly answer that you don't know.

If it isn't clear yes and know, you don't know. If you are tired of waiting, ask if you are free to leave, when he says no you are "seized" and without probable cause it becomes illegal.

Also break only 1 law at a time.

plus lawyer fees, and the city may think twice before doing this again, especially seeing as how it violates the 4th amendment right. If they walk the dog up to you and you simply tell them you don't consent to a search, and they run the dog around your car anyways you can fight it as well, they need probable cause to use a dog.

Although I feel that having two parents as a child is essential, you need a maternal and a paternal figure in your life, someone is always able to watch you, and the work load of child rearing can be split giving one or the other a break.

Now this doesn't always work (i.e. one parent is an asshole etc) but I feel the number of people in the US having kids and trying single parenting is ridiculous, I feel it's important to have a healthy relationship and be ready to have kids. Too many people dive right into it and fuck up the children dragging them through the mud. It takes a village to raise a child, one parent should not do it alone

and in some cases not getting married caries benefits, including my wife (not legally but may as well be) going to school on a full ride because we are not married and my income isn't a factor in her approval for scholarship money.

If my income was a factor she would not be going to school at all, because we simply cannot afford two sets of student loans...

I think the whole idea of makeup is silly because you should feel good about yourself for who you are, My wife is always putting makeup on and I just don't understand it, she is so beautiful without it there is no need.

Although she is beautiful to me even when she is mid flu, unshaven, snotty faced, bags under her eyes, zombified sick. still the most beautiful women to me!

no work hard was a correct phrase, I find most people I consider to be dumb asses have no work ethic. I cannot sympathize with someone with zero work ethic when they complain about how hard they have it.

I try to surround myself by hard working individuals, they tend to be more successful and interesting, they also tend not to be major assholes or shady people trying to get one over on you. Friendliness isn't a trait I look for because alot of it can be faked, some of the "nicest" people I've met have fucked me over, charisma is a bitch and people who have it will everything into their favor.

I like good hardworking people, these people tend to turn their hobbies into secondary income, beer brewers opening breweries, aquariasts breeding and selling their stock, hobbyist pyrotechnicians going professional, pilots etc. Always something interesting to hear from a hardworking old head, plus they usually know how to party as well!
