Mine doesn't have to do with anything gory, but it happened when I was about 13.

I was eating lunch and a friend of mine, a kind of chubby kid, was asking me and all of my friends if he could have our food. I made some comment like "stop trying to eat all of our food fatty" and we all chuckled, including him. About ten minutes later, he snuck up behind me and started strangling me, while there was still food in my throat. I couldn't breathe for about 30 seconds, and when he finally let go, I vomited from all of the food being crushed against the back of my throat. I immediately ran to find a teacher to tell them what happened. The first teacher was understanding, and got in touch with my advisor. I met with my advisor and the kid that strangled me, and my advisor told me it was my fault. We then met with the assistant head of the middle school. This is where the fucked up part came in.

The Assistant Head of the middle school asked us to recount what happened. We both told the exact same story, and the other kid was ready to face the consequences. But then, the assistant head asked me the following question: Did you call Austin fat because he's black? He then spent 30 minutes accusing me of being a racist and threatening to expel me from the school. I then asked if perhaps Austin strangled me because I'm a Jew. The response: Don't be ridiculous, people don't want to harm Jews the same way they want to harm Blacks. We were then offered either for both of us to get detention, or no punishment for either of us.

TL;DR: Got strangled by a friend of mine, got accused of being a racist

To me, this seemed like real emotion, from back when the show was a legitimate entity. Tyra had real, emotional investment in Tiffany, and was expressing those. In the past few seasons, it's all been so fucking fake; it makes me sick what this show has become. And now it's not even a modeling competition. The last season of that was Cycle 16.
