It happens while I'm using it. It'll work perfect for about 45 minutes then stop. Then I have to close and open the screen just right to get it o work for another 10 minutes or so before it quits on me

thank you. i tried it and it said that my computer didn't need the update. my computer was dead for about 3 days before today and ive read online that this can mess with it. but ive had it completely dead for 3-4 months (had to save up for charger #2) and it booted right back up. is there any validity to this?
