This lady used to block half of the alley, entry-way I used to get to my apartment with her white Accord. Not enough to completely block it but just enough to be irritating. So one day my 1990 Volvo 240 left a huge red streak on her rear bumper. Then the Volvo died a few days later and I got a newer, blue Focus, and came home to her scrubbing her back bumper. She never parked like that again and didn't suspect me because I drove a car of a different color.

Yeah, than's the thing that keeps me grounded: my friends and family are still here and the city isn't going anywhere. I'll still be back for holidays and things. I've just lived here for so long and never anywhere else and I'm ready to experience something new. The job offer came at the perfect time.

I miss when they used to do roadwork really late/early. But I get that they're working straight through it. It's just always really inconvenient when I actually get the chance to drive somewhere I actually want to go to that isn't work and I get held up by roadwork/traffic.

I've never understood taking a car like that on the road, or owning a car that expensive in the first place. Certain luxury cars cross a line where I'd never want to take it out for fear of any little (or major) ding it could get. I'm paranoid enough in my 1990 Volvo 240.

Kale chips. Take some kale, destem them shits. Preheat the oven to a solid 350. Coat them in a little olive oil, little sea salt, pop them in for about 10 minutes (or until crispy). Boom. Delicious every time.
