Olaf

I'll give you that

Irelia, Singed, Trundle, Mundo

They have built in tenacity, which means stuns simply last less long. However, as long as you keep applying a new stun as soon as the previous one ends, a lockdown is a lockdown.

Morgana

And she happens to be one of the most overpowered champions in the game due to that. Always was.

Amumu

CC only lets Despair keep dealing damage. A timely stun or root really shuts Amumu's initiation down.

Kennen

Root him and run out of his ult, wait until it ends, stunlock him.

Rumble

You've probably never played Rumble. I'll give you ult, but otherwise he is insanely succeptible to CC: heat management is a very tricky thing to do, not to mention he is in fact a melee mage.

Maokai

Protip: even a simple silence would stop him from blowing his ultimate until you run out of it. Also, stun him before he casts his ultimate, boom! Not different from any other champ.

So you're saying release Xin Zhao was completely fine.

What I'm saying is that, if the only counter he has is chainlocking, he is OP. Because everything is shut down by chainlocking. Everything. That is literally what it does: it makes a champion unable to do anything.

Besides Olaf. But Olaf can be shut down in different ways.

I'm not trying to be famous, and I'm not planning on continuing this joke for a long time. I just wanted to do something funny and make people smile, and that was accomplished.

Everything went better than expected.

Hey, circlebroke, insulting a person is not fucking ok. B/c at least one person from here went to insult him.

That reminds me of my biologist grandmother that ignores any evidence of benefits of flossing (because it's made up by people who benefit from selling dental floss) yet accepts any evidence against flossing from fellow dentists. The thought that those who advocate against flossing earn money from rotten teeth never occurs to her.

Maybe you should get a degree in medicine before making a conspiracy?

How I feel about browsing r/atheism by jackmussoin atheism

[–]thefran 0 points1 point ago

Uh, no its not.

yes, it is. you claim something? you back your claim the fuck up.

this is one of those things you should take to SRSD. Without the being patronizing, but seriously, SRSD.

I don't fucking care about your circlejerking on your own subreddit, you invaded and downvote brigaded the original comment thread. Amount of hidden comments in triple digits. How about I won't take it to SRSD.

you harassed a person because he wanted to inflict imaginary pain to imaginary sex robots.

what if it was a male imaginary sex robot?

I'm just gonna wait for the links on this one

I am quoting the meme word for word.

Yo, man who has had suicidal thoughts here. Haven't been banned.

Another person was banned because he expressed his concerns over the fact that he, as a person having suicidal thoughts, might have nowhere to go.

Only 19 percent of us are not marginalized in anyway

Define "not marginalized in any way". SAWCSM scum here. White oppressor of classes. The one who just reeks privilege and lives a perfect life. Also:

  • experienced being broke as fuck
  • immigrant, white but expat nonetheless
  • a large part of childhood basically spent in a ghetto. They are racist as fuck. yes, against white people. yes, you can be racist against white people and if you claim otherwise you can eat shit.
  • survivor of gang rape
  • etc

see how this works? in our world absolutely everyone suffers from prejudices one way or another.

Special snowflake refers to people who tell people that by way of not being offended by something, no one within their group of marginalization is allowed to be offended by it.

This works both ways: how about you stop telling people that are not offended by something to be offended by it? Simpler even. How about you fucking stop speaking for an entire group?

you should mention 'suck' and 'lame' because some people are bothered by those words. And they are in their right to do so.

And they can go fuck themselves instead of telling me that! You know what? I have beard cancer. I am very offended by the term "neckbeard". Therefore, you are not allowed to use it any more, or else you are a horrible human being and I am allowed to insult you.

You have a "right" to be bothered. However, you have no right to expect anyone to respect your opinions, especially when they are based on outright wrong assumptions.

I don't think you 'get' privilege

There is nothing to "get". you dismiss legit concerns of men's rights because "men have privilege". that is bullshit and a double standard. Privilege simply does not exist as you understand it.

What's bothering you is that SRS isn't accepting YOUR critique.

What's bothering me is that SRS only accepts critique that agrees with SRS to begin with.

way too often do people point out that SRS's attempts to call something out are completely misleaded, as they, for example, may take sarcasm literally, or quote mine, or do simply anything to present people in negative light, only to get banned. how is that fucking ok? the only things you achieve by doing this is allowing legit stormfront trolls and the like to blame downvotes on SRS. there are ways to make reddit better, and wrongful accusations are not one of them.

Re: Military draft by thefranin MensRights

[–]thefran[S] 0 points1 point ago

Some military doctors thought it reduced STIs

it's not "some military doctors".

the idea that circumcision protects from STIs is around from at least 1855 and was at rage in 1870+.

United States sticked to that theory longer than other countries.

Circumcision is incredibly hard to evaluate as you can't exactly conduct experiments.

Balanitis and other related diseases were treated by circumcision, now it's no longer needed.

there is some evidence that suggests removal of foreskin reduces risks of STIs. Even so! You know what else reduces risks of STIs? Condoms. And they don't involve having parts of dicks cut off.

[–]thefran 12 points13 points ago

SRS has very, very strict policies. The Fempire is is next to pyonyang in terms of mod power. Mods approved it. So we can view it as a view of SRS, much like SRS views one comment as evidence that entire reddit is racist

I was very surprised to find out that, aside from Muslim states and Israel, the highest circumcised country in the world is in fact Korea.

Why Korea? Because they caught that practice from the US Army, where it was mandatory, back in the day when they had plenty military bases.

evidence?

the plural of anecdote is not data

subjectivism > things. history is a good example of science that deals almost entirely in anecdotal data.

women as a gender are not brought up believing it is the "best way to live a life".

What are you talking about? An aspiration to find a man that is richer than themselves is somehow not considered noble amongst women?

it isn't, but only one gender is brought up believing it is the best way to live a life.

Popular media aside, can you honestly say that marrying a rich woman and never having to work again is something most men view as success? Aspiring for? Trying to work at?

Just a month ago, I've been to an elementary school, where a class wrote short essays on "what do you want to be when you grow up". Out of 27 kids, six girls and zero guys wrote "I don't want to work, I want to marry a rich person"
