B of A was extremely time-consuming, picky, and Dilbert-esque to work with when refinancing my mortgage (and they had the paper for the loan I was refinancing). They were a pain when I was moving and needed to close an account. (They wanted me to PROVE that I had stopped all automatic payments from my account before I could close it.) And when they bought our credit card company, the web access to our account got very slow and unreliable and the security became a multi-step waste of time.
