I don't think I need sources for my opinion, in my opinion. As far as the venues go, I have no sources; however, I am an architect major, and study how buildings such as amphitheaters have become greater in size and what it takes to build such amazing structures. Buildings aside, ACL has come a long way sense Woodstock, has it not? The lights, camera, and actions alone is almost incomparable to 30 years ago.

I would have to disagree. IMO people have become more and more terrible. Now people are bringing more than recreational drugs to concert. Knives, or even guns can be involved. Also the venues, have not only become larger but nicer as well. Huge venues with stadium seating costing hundreds of thousands to construct.

That is true, but now they are considered much more than just a headliner.

Also a thing to consider is security at concerts, better equipment, more bathroom facilities, etc...
