I do it very often. Mobile devices and my in-laws PS3. The only thing is you can't watch the same thing on two devices.

always check the phone's ESN or MEID if it's a CDMA device. verizon and sprint blacklist stolen or insurance claimed phones so if you're buying one used you always check before you buy and immediately call verizon/sprint to switch the phone to your account (so the seller can't go behind you and claim it lost or stolen and get a new phone and keep your money.)

you forgot to remove the ear mesh. sorry to say it but you'll have to re-open the phone and transfer that over. also, you need to get the clear camera ring from the original screen as well if you didn't.

one year. ebay has both back glass replacements and back lens replacements. i've bought both to refurbish back glasses and replace them and they are both great. if you just buy the lens just get a blade like xacto or something to pry off the old lens from the inside of the back glass and then lightly glue the new one in place.
