Perch is amazing. I use it for all my "mom and pop" clients that have a fairly static website, but may need to change addresses, staff, or contact info. It's kinda expensive compared to free, but it's well worth it.

That's basically it, yea. If you're not worried about the quality of markup and style in your projects then it'll be a viable option, but if you're in a production environment where speed and maintenance times matter, Muse is absurdly shitty.
