Buy a bike that you can flat foot. I have a 93 GSX-600F and I am a little short and can only flat foot one foot and tippy on the other. Another thing to look at is a used 600 like mine costs around 1000-2000 from a private seller so for the price of a newer 250 you could get an older 600. Ask the seller to cold start the bike, ask for any modifications, repairs or services done. Also ask how many miles are on the tires, chain, and the last oil change.

I believe its 1 shot for every mAh your battery has. I would Suggest two batteries on the safe side. It all depends on how you shoot too. If you spray and pray, then not long, if you take very precise calculated shots you should last all day.

I know what you mean. I need to get a step down though. I think 3 12's is too much. They push out roughly 750-800RMS at 1.3ohm. I think a single 10 pushing 500RMS at 2ohms would be better.
