Because it's a 22 minute comedy show (only 14 of which are non-interview material) that's designed to be funny, not push your personal political agenda. It's obviously a politically influenced show, but some political topics are easier to turn into a bit than others. CISPA isn't one of them, but I'd like to see him bring it up. But the way you're presenting this makes it seem like he owes you an explanation for not fitting one particular news item in a comedy program.
