That sounds smart. Pepper spay usually will not result in acidemic sanctions were they to find out (I'd recommend keeping its existance unknown to all but yourself) and accidental discharge is mostly harmless and most devices have mechanisms to reduce this risk to almost none when stored responsibly.

Im a male of similar size. Though I applaud your courage, I do think that perhaps you should put more thought towards safety. Personally I carry a firearm, though there are many reasonable tools. attitude means a lot, but we are smaller than other humans and it would be in our best interest to have a plan B.

I am curious as to why it is rape. Assuming that the person who consumed the alcohol/drug (gender irrelevant) did so voluntarily are they not still responsible for their actions?

If I drink and get behind the wheel of a car, I'm 100% responsible for the choices I make.

So if someone makes a poor choice for a sexual partner while under the influence of alcohol, is it not a product of their own actions? They voluntary chose to consume a mild altering substance.

I remember when I was in High School we would all play games. For the most part the teacher ignored it, but if we really started to piss her off she would remotely shut down all out systems. I do something similar. I don't like shrimp. If a host offers me shrimp, rather than telling them I don't like their food I just say I'm allergic to it. Tried telling people I don't like it but then you get bombarded with appeals to get you to try it, or try it again, or to try it because this is different. Easier just to tell a white lie and skip the BS.

I get pissed at traffic laws, but I don't really know that it's a libertarian thing. Last night I was driving and I came up to a four way intersection with a red light. I stopped, looked both ways, no car in sight, so I just drove through it. It seems most people would sit at a stale red for 5 minutes if they "had" too. No cop, No stop.

If it is concealed they likely do not know it is there, if it openly diplayed its likely retention level 2 or 3. And even with no retention, most if not all will be detered just from the high level of risk.
