He was brought before the elders and told to admit that he was the one who had led the woman astray; he would not. They never slept together, just had a few intimate moments including holding hands and kissing.

He's been an ex JW for almost 10 years now and is very happy. It has created a rift between him and the members of his family who are still members (his father has never been a JW and his older sister left in her own to marry a nonJW) but he tries to work past it in order to spend time with his nephews.
