Nothing rude about it!

It is a Nikon 5100 + Nikkor 18-55mm F/29 3 sec ISO-100

No tripod, and no flash, with flash you see the person swinging it.

We did around 30 tries before we got this one so I don't remember exacly how many swings, but about 3-4 swings at ~1 spin/sec
