You can't even rely on that now, what with being able to perform trades out of game. I know http://www.tf2items.com/ will keep a history of items, I don't know how it generates it but you check there to at least see if you can get a time range of when this happened.

LibreOffice doesn't like embedded images when you save as a docx, at least in my experience. Always shows up as an error when you open it in Word.
