I'd still make him remove it or else pay for a new windshield. There was no mention that she was previously asked to not park there. The first step would have been to leave a note under the wiper, not superglue it to her windshield. How is she even supposed to drive to get a solvent? The Infiniti should be a lot more reliable than the BMW. I owned an 03 G35 and it was a great car. Consumer Reports still has them ranked very highly. BMWs are great for the first four years of their life, then they become expensive. The Lexus is alright, but its performance is well below the others.

Do did mine (urban Ontario), but it wasn't for student parents, it was part of an early childhood education class. Kids would come in for an afternoon a few times a week and students would supervise them. Generally, this meant kids having Little Tikes car races in the hallway while high school students cheered them on. Pretty awesome.

The V6 isn't going to get better MPG than the I4 unless you're hauling a lot of weight.

You'll need to test it out without the hills to know if it's getting the advertised MPG. It should also improve slightly as the engine breaks in, although it won't be a huge improvement.

If you're really willing to trade it in for a marginal fuel savings (considering it's not driven a lot), go for a car or hybrid SUV, although you'll still want to test it on the hills during short trips before you buy.
