What meds have you tried? Why did you choose to move on to a different one?

Strattera did nothing but give me narcolepsy after 3 days. Vyvanse was way too strong and I went through a solid 4 months of not really sleeping or eating. Adderall IR is a champ, and I've gone from 40mg of Vyvanse everyday to 20mg of Adderall IR maaaaaybe 2x/day, sometimes only 1x/day, sometimes not at all.

Try stretching right after a hot shower. Also, I'm not sure where in the world you are, but it's much more difficult to stretch in the winter than in the warmer/more humid months - one ear is always going to be bitchier than the other, and cold/dry weather will just emphasize that.
