Meet Tux. by saadistic16in aww

[–]saadistic16[S] 0 points1 point ago

Someone brought in 3 orphaned kittens to a local vet a few days ago (4 week old kittens), and my sister brought the last one left home yesterday. Took him most of the day to get used to us and the new setting, but he's doing awesome today. He's very independent (eating and using the restroom on his own). I was a little worried since he is so young but he's doing great. We're mixing in formula with his wet food (which he seems to really like) and we're constantly reminding him where the litter box is (no accidents so far).

He loves sleeping on our laps and he's been purring all day today (wasn't yesterday). He's also a lot more playful today.

I would go with the 560 Ti 448. You wont need the 2GB unless you're planning on using 3 monitors (even then you'll be fine with the 1.28GB RAM on the 560). I've never used the 6950 so maybe the 6950 users can chime in (seems to be a good GPU - I know BaPC users like it), I just know that I have no issues with running anything with my 560 Ti 448.

XFX 750w black edition. The one you have a good too. I just went with 750w because I plan to SLI in a few months.

That could be a decent model to follow. Some of the stuff on the list you can find used like new for a lot cheaper.

You can find the Seagate Momentus XT (SSD Hybrid) about $100 on Amazon (it was on Newegg for $80 a few weeks ago) and the video card you can find around 200.

edit: I just quickly put that together, others can suggest parts for a cheaper build if its over your budget....you could go for a CX600 for you PSU and save another 40 bux or so.

i5 2500k($180) or i7 2600k($280) + $50 off on any Z68 or P67 Motherboard / also $50 bundle savings on any compatible motherboard when you buy a i3 2100 ALL @ MICROCENTER IN-STORE by GamerMVP24in buildapcsales

Edit: thought it wasnt legit but I just added it to my cart online like OP stated and it auto adjusted the price.

That ASRock mobo is great and keep the 750w PSU if you plan to SLI down the road. You can get the G.kill Ripjaws 8GB RAM @ newegg for $44 - 20% with coupon code EMCJHHC23 (offer ends today). Great CPU cooler. I have 500GB Seagate Momentus XT and its FAST! Great SSD Hybrid.
