Need photos of Langkawi and the surrounding islands... by Anzaiin photography

Try contacting the co pany that manages The Datai resort on the main island, I'm sure they can provide some shots. Their beach is amazing.

Except in the case where you are using everything full screen, which I try to do. So this becomes a problem because the moment you switch to a full screen app the other monitor is useless. it is a shame because I really like using stuff full screen, enough that after 17 years of dual monitor setups I switched to one huge one for my Mac side of things.

It is a strange behavior and really too bad. Weird how Mac full screen is eccentric. Win 7 interestingly finally nailed window management on multiple screens with automatic half-screen snap and shortcuts for popping full-screen and moving from monitor to monitor. Just in time to kill the desktop for Win 8, sigh.

I don't know if it is still there but in a food court at one of the colleges in Singapore there was a stall just called "Western food" which had a variety of burger patties and such. Every single item was cooked by being tossed in a deep wok of hot oil. Impressively disgusting and amusing to us American expats.

I find ketchup disgusting, so does one of my daughters. I have seen corn on pizza called 'American' in Asia too.

This place; http://store.honeyvillegrain.com/ sells bulk stuff including flours. I get my AP, bread and semolina there. In your case you'll want to get a few gluten free items; http://store.honeyvillegrain.com/glutenfreeproducts.aspx

But first you'll need to hit the library and the net and find some gluten free recipes for pancakes etc. so you know what to get Buying mixes is a horrible deal and even worse for gluten free where they see you coming.

This place has a flat discount toward the end of each month and it alternates 10%/15%. It is 15% this month and just started so if you get in an order by the 22nd you're good, coupon code is MEMORIAL.

I would also suggest you seriously look at going paleo instead. Eat some rice and yams for your non-veggie carbs and just drop bread/pancakes/waffles altogether.

This but I wouldn't bother with the pig, chicken is marginally healthier and more versatile and you can buy a batch of locally raised just as with the pig and cow.

Understanding of the role of cholesterol is evolving rapidly. It is clear though that cholesterol in food is unrelated to blood serum cholesterol.

At present the best information I've found leads me to use only two sources of fat where possible; beef/milk and olives. I would only use an olive oil based margarine if I used it. I use olive based mayo.

Have her read up on it. Butter is much better to eat than margerine which is actively bad for your health. Most of us were raised on bad information, still fighting it.

Also, if you don't have one get a butter dish you can keep on the counter so it is soft enough to spread, that might be the real issue.

The microwave is not used for cooking. It is for boiling water and reheating left-overs.

Hopefully you'll be happy you did. Faster CPU is a lock, and if retina style display turns out to be true you'll be super glad to have it for any kind of visual work.

Aesthetics are not fashion. If I go buy a piece of clothing to fit a fashion, rather than function that is a waste. If while I am perusing my existing collection of functional clothing picking what will work for the environs I will navigate today and pick something that looks good that is different.

Yes you could and would be right to argue that social interpretation of dress is part of the landscape to be navigated, I'm arguing an ideal; that it shouldn't be.

Short version is cell damage and things it can entail like cancer, sterility.

Highly variable depending on source, duration, intensity, proximity to what tissues, and your DNA, health, other chemical compounds in your body, etc. So nothing is open and shut, but always smart to avoid what you can. Like if you plan to have kids don't keep your cell phone in your pocket.

Main comment I'd make is that the experience with multiple monitors on the latest Mac OS is not good. I won't do it. You're best off with a single large monitor for most tasks.

The only other thing to mention is if you have the option to return the MacBook do so; they are refreshing to faster CPUs in like 3 weeks.

All fashion is by definition a waste of effort toward a meaningless and shallow end. So regardless of how 'great' an item of clothing is, if it is for any reason other than comfort and practicality it is a waste of precious resources including time, attention, money.

How do you achieve a cool background like this in photoshop? Or do you think it's real....? by thealphafemalein photography

We'll fix it in post!

I watched the exact same phenomenon with desktop publishing 20 years ago. I remember people agonizing over how to get something to look just how they wanted in a program when the answer was print it out and get a pair of scissors... funny how being able to do something digitally takes away the power of reason and creativity.

This makes it pretty conclusive that it is a painted background.

It is quite possible it is a projected effect, but not a solid color gel.

I may be in a grumpy mood but it is because of being tired of people thinking everything is/can be done in photoshop. Mind control waves have nothing to do with it. I think. Oh fuck, they got me.
