Dude, I've mixed like 5 meats before. What are you talking here? People here are not more pro-chicken than they are pro-fatty meat. Bacon, fatty steaks, pork cuts, etc. Eat whatever the hell you want to as long as it's keto. This is essentially a meat and veggie diet. You might want to consider re-reading the FAQ if you haven't already, you seem to have a misconception about what this diet's about.

Juicing significantly reduces the amount of fiber you receive from those veggies. You're better off EATING them. There's no reason not to, and it'd be more filling.

Regarding cardio. Also, I don't go to a gym. I bought some variable hand weights and use those for all my exercises at home. It's easy, if you're interested.

We aren't condescending, or not trying to be. You've only been on this diet two weeks. Why are you wanting to change things up so much before you give it more time to do its thing?

Juicing is useless. It forgoes all the fiber. Two weeks, and 10 lbs is nothing? Um, no. Stick with it.

Also, cardio is pretty much useless for weight loss unless you're doing it in a more fasted state. If you're doing cardio for cardio's sake, that's different. But yeah. Don't expect huge things from it.

You should start lifting weights and doing different types of strength training if you're trying to get muscle definition.

Her wrist does not look thinner than her bicep. Her left arm is pointed backward, and anyway having your arm outstretched from your body like that makes it look thinner anyway. Not saying she's not really skinny, it's just not any stranger from any other model.

Maybe some of us could even experiment with cauli-rice and rice vinegar. If anything, for me, what makes sushi, sashimi, maki (whatever!) taste the way it does is lots of wasabi in my soy sauce. If I can get that taste in the bite, I don't care about the rice.

I got the idea from that, but that seemed like it would be a hassle and I knew I'd fuck it up. Decided to go with nori and it worked out. Plus I have never heard of sour cream in sushi and so went for the more normal cream cheese. Was bueno. My first time ever making sushi so I was glad I could make it low carb. =)

I shall try. I have a sushi making kit and just followed the instructions. Basically I laid down the salmon on top of the nori, in one layer covering all of the nori except a 1/2 inch of the end which would be used to seal to the other side during rolling (this is normal). Apply salt and pepper. Then I just squeeze some cream cheese in a straight line from the top left area of the salmon layer to halfway across from the starting point, the did the same thing on the top right part of the sushi. Like this: |--_| Imagine the vertical lines are the edges of the nori and the horizontal are the cream cheese. I cut a hole in the corner of a sammich bag and put the cream cheese in there for easy application since I don't have a fancy icing thingy like a baker....

Then I thinly sliced some avocados and put three lines of them evenly across the nori, then added sesame seeds all over. Roll it up nice, seal it with water if need be, and you're done! Eat with soy sauce and wasabi. Dericious.

Just nori, smoked wild salmon, cream cheese, avocado slices, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Ate it with some of that soy sauce and wasabi, don'tcha know booiiii.
