The license tag and driver's license registration will have been recorded and therefore will be easily cross-referenced and the mistaken spelling will likely be chalked up to a clerical error not affecting the validity of the ticket. But if you insist that the person named on the ticket cannot be you because your name is spelled _________, they might tear it up. It's worth a try....but for goodness sake slow the fcuk down.
