1) What was the arrangement's with bills and apartment rent? Food? Living expenses? You cover 100%? Some sort of split? Identify the amount she owes you. Demand all the money she owes you.

2) Take back your CC (or report it stolen, if she hesitates to give it back immediately).

3) Take back second set of keys of your apartment. If she refuses - ask landlord to switch locks.

4) If you are paying the whole rent, this is your apartment, so, collect all her things, pack them and ask her family to pick them up within a day or two. If they refuse, move all her things to dumpster and text them so they know where now they can get her possessions.

5) Don't discuss anything, except how she is going to pay you back what's she owes. There is no reasonable explanation for her/their actions towards you and never will be. There is nothing to discuss.

You did nothing wrong. You were helpful and supportive as much as you could in your situation.

We don't use term "dictator", however, many recognize him as something like this. Even his supporters/propaganda make a point that without him Russia is going to fall apart and there will be crisis and blood. Such big dependency on one human being means there is no properly functioning political system, there is a dictatorship.

There is still about 30% who trust Putin, they don't see him consciously as a dictator and will vote for him (many of them motivate their choice with this argument: "there is nobody else as experienced and powerful as Putin, all other candidates are just clowns", which kind of hints that he is the only one valid candidate, therefore, a dictator).

For those, who are not familiar with Russian political scene... in 2 days there will be Presidential "elections". There will be Putin. Again. This video shows his last 12 years. It may not be obvious, but Russia is still the only country which US cannot do anything about, except by keeping corrupt officials' money, providing education for their children, allowing them to buy real estate and hide millions of dollars stolen from Russian people.

The article has one significant error: number of electoral districts in 2011 elections was about 90K. They state it was 65535.

I have two concerns:

The number itself is wrong.
The number is a highest short integer (65535), which hints that there may be some computation issues.

No. As a Russian, I disagree with your view on Putin as a greatest leader. He is not by any measure. He just happened to be a President when oil prices skyrocketed and Russia had so much money, the bureaucrat-icy couldn't even process. Putin made "un-justice" as a base of his system. Whosoever with him can do pretty much whatever they want, as long as they are loyal to their masters. This is not a democracy. Putin must go. I hope, he and his close friends get probed and end up in court of law.
