Are the locations of Breviks bombings an shooting in there? It could simply be a GPS plotted map of significant events in what he believes to be the eradication or purification of Europe. Like you see in certain war movies there is a war room with flags or markers showing places of past and imminent attack.

Depends on how heavy you are going. If its a metcon then definitely not, but if you feel like you would benefit from the tension provided then go for it. As jacobontheweb said, rippetoe, Wendler etc all support the use of belts.

I never said I modded SS, if I did that's a typo. I modified Greyskull LP and took out some of the neck work and replaced it with easier, more accessibly lifts.

I haven't blown anyone off, and I've used their criticisms. I do realize that it's not the best, but neither would SS etc I'm simpy trying to make this a learning experience and get some feedback from an incredibly knowledgeable group of people, yourself included.

I actually took a hypertrophy program and modified it so that he would like it - to follow his goals etc.

Sure people like Rippetoe have honed their programs over the many years and editions of their programs but this is designed for a kid who doesn't care about any lower body hypertrophy or strength, obviously I will have to modify the programs.

Oh my fault, it's not actually 6 a week but 2-3 is what he does now. I also had to sorta trick him into doing lower body work (again, I don't care about his goals I would have done the same thing a year ago) by saying that squats and deads work the core the best, and referencing the study where legwork = more HGH so the curls would be more effective.

He goes to the gym regularly but doesn't properly work out and isn't seeing progress, which is typical for teens I believe.

Say that this was just a program for anyone, do you have any critiques of the actual program?

I said nothing regarding the TSA as a whole, except that I don't like them. No matter what time period, country, or airport this occurred in this is NOT harassment/assault. This type of search (straight pat down) was used everywhere pre-TSA, pre-9/11 etc. the stick with the adhesive ball on the end checks for traces of radioactive or explosive material and is part of the pat down, it too is not invasive nor uncomfortable. I never said I was a socialist, communist or mentioned any type of political alignment. I am simply calling the OP out on the clear sensationalism that has in par ruined (in my opinion) the credibility of recent movements like Occupy and other anti-government movements which core ideals I support.

Not at all. I live in Canada and that would happen here too, a randomly chosen person pulled out of line and patted down. What would normally be a 10-20 second process with no inconvenience to either party (I am more than happy to oblige with pat downs) is extended because of the circumstances. Harassment would be the alleged sexual assaults from TSA agents as well as physical or verbal abuse, both of which are clearly absent from this footage.

Harassing is a stretch. Was she complaining, not at all. She seemed a bit uncomfortable or uneasy leaning forward but the agent wasn't using excessive force or pushing her around. Nor was the agent verbally abusing or taking advantage of her. People see any minority being patted by the TSA nowadays and will play the same card as you have. I'm against the TSA and their role in transit security but please stop with the sensationalism.

Great song with an awesome message but terrible title, I feel as though the young hip hop listeners would be (unfortunately) disinterested in the song based on the title alone, which is ironic in it's own way.

BCAAs seem to vary from person to person, mine have a 4:1:1 ratio (most have a 2:1:1) and I find that I get much sorer and have slower recovery period. Experiment with them and see how you like them.

Fish Oils are good for overall health if you don't get enough healthy oils in your diet already. This is the case most of the time, don't get the 3:6:9s but just the 3:1 EPA:DHA ones.

Whey Isolates are great for post workouts, I find that 1-2 scoops in whole milk (coconut milk if you're going sans dairy) and some nut butter with a banana is a great shake.

Creatine Monohydrate is another great supplement, make sure to get it fully disolved in warmish water to reduce gas & bloating (if you're experiencing gas/bloating)

Muscle Milk I can't speak to but if it's good and helping you meet your calorie requirement go for it.

How old are you? 25 pounds of weight gain will take years if you just want muscle, so try not to overeat and make sure to get 1g protein/lb of bodyweight.

Supplements are meant to Supplement your diet (Redundancy Dept. of Redundancy, how may I help you?) so you should first look at your diet and change it. I personally would recommend a medium-high carb /r/paleo or Primal (paleo but with dairy, easier to reach calorie limit, and is also easier to plan for). Additionally, a multivitamin is always and awesome choice.

Finally, you should look into Intermittent Fasting for even more lean muscle gains.

Also, lift heavy shit.
