You said that countries where there are fewer black people are usually more racist and said that was based on your experience. However you do not mention any experience that might support it. You mention Italy and their sad treatment of black people but fail to make a relation with the number of black people in Italy. By your logic, there would not be many black people in Italy, but Wikipedia says there are up to 1.5 million.

I do not understand what you mean about Spanish people and their interaction with other races.

About Portugal, national team composition is by no means an indication of race composition of the country, otherwise one might think that France had about an 80% black population if one saw the national football team composition during the last decade.

In Portugal there is a large concentration of people of non-European races in the area of Lisbon but up north there aren't so many. I really don't know if the article is correct or not, but they mention about 150.000 black people in Portugal, so that would be a lot less than, say, Italy.

At the end of the day, a racist is a piece of crap human being. I just don't think that having fewer numbers of black people correlates directly to how much racism is prevalent in a given country and hence why I asked for a source or at least some examples of it.
