I started swimming 3 years ago and merely swim on time - I'm now swim twice a week 60 - 90 mins in the freestyle lane and loving it. Couldn't last more than 10 mins when i first started though.

I push myself every minute I'm in there and loving it. My resting heart rate is now 60 BPM and I can get so much more out of my day.

Also smoke pot and swim, it's awesome.

/r/keto is the most efficient method I've found. takes some time to understand though (basically stop eating any sugar/carbs and kick your body into ketosis for 3+ weeks, you'll never want any different)

Hey I'm a big burning man fan, sorry, can't help it. So seeing "Burning Man | ... the story about some hero... " (I mean did you really read the full title before you clicked? and it's exactly the story that belongs over at Burning Man if it were slightly related)... made me click the one-out-of-a-thousand links. I then self-amused concluded I was completely mistaken and remarked as such. Another user comments on how he doesn't understand why I was down voted. I explain him why and explain he shouldn't be so concerned that I was, it won't impact my awesome life at all (in which I'm regarded as one of the wisest and friendliest people in existence by friends and peers - real-life karma does count bitches!). And as my first comment was not meant with any malicious intent, neither is my explanation of why people took offense. If anything it shows understanding that I know why people are taking offense. But yeah, sorry for not caring all to much about what a grand total of ~10 concluded in a split second from their own pre-conceptions, point of view, etc. Anyways have another upvote :)

In this case, I'm assuming it's because this was a reply to something posted on "/r/truereddit" where any form of humor, no matter how well intended, is rarely appreciated.

In this case it was slightly off-topic and involved a US related war-article as well. That's like a recipe for negative karma.
