After a night of heavy drinking and such, I feel asleep alone in what I thought was a bed, on a very comfortable pillow, and woke up with my head resting on a set of measuring cups in a blanket fort in a bathroom, with someones dog sleeping at my feet. The house I was at didn't have a dog.

Coming from someone who was adopted, I can honestly say that it was the absolute best thing that my birth parents could have done for me. My adoptive mother and father didn't wind up staying together, and it was actually a huge mess, but my dad is an amazing person and raised me and my sister the best he could. I'm grateful every day that my birth parents made the choice that they did, because even if everything was a huge mess while I was growing up and more difficult than they hoped it would be, my life is as amazing as it could ever have been, and they weren't ready for a child. Over all, that's what it comes down to the most. They weren't ready for a child, and because of that we never would have been a family. Even though they loved me and wanted to keep me, it just didn't work out. Down the road, my birth parents married other people, so I have 4 half brothers and half sisters, but then my birth parents wound up married to each other, so I now have a full sibling. Worth it.

Like six months ago, maybe more. The new shop is nice but it doesn't have the same purple wall flair as the old shop did. Plus it's near ikea, so there's so much traffic it's offensive.

Suicide kings relocated to canton, the Belleville shop is no more. Their work is incredible, and their prices are outrageously low. Most of the guys there are super friendly, except one. I've had three done there and I love them. Lucky monkey, in my opinion, has a pretentious atmosphere. They're overpriced and rude, I wouldn't recommend them. Spiral tattoo is cool though, mike does great work, but there not cheap.
