i suggest doing the fiber glass bottom it helps A LOT. and try to not do so much over hang off of the board so you dont have to sand that much of it off

Birch 3/4 of an inch 1 was half an inch the other 1/4 glued together with another 2 layers of fiberglass on the bottom

Perfect. You get on it lays flat, and your able to jump up and down on it I weigh 215 I can jump on it my dad weighs 260 and he jumped on it. Flex is great man B]

the first template on the right though had so many mistakes it was ridiculous and the board that has the final copy of the template is flimsy enough so that way it will couture to the shape of the final board, its so flimsy that i can shake it and itll bend about 3 -4 inches. yeah i know its complicated though. i see what youre saying.
