Looks like they're getting their technology act together. You can always listen to Car Talk on their [website](http://www.cartalk.com/Radio/WeeklyShow/online.html). There's also the live stream link on [NPR](http://www.npr.org/player/v2/mediaPlayer.html?action=3&t=live1&islist=false) itself.

You might want to contact [The Midwife Center](http://www.midwifecenter.org/default.asp?iId=GFEEFG) to see if they have any recommendations. They were able to handle most of the prenatal stuff, and work with various Ob/Gyns if needed.

My son played it for a while. Unfortunately, it makes all of its revenue off of micro-transactions, you'll find your progress blocked in many places because you need to spend additional money. Pets require constant maintenance (frequently requiring an influx of cash), so if you find that you can't log in for a period of time, your pet will die. I'd probably give it a pass unless SOE was going to gift PSN+ members with a stipend to offset some portion of the cash overhead.

Last update I saw was beginning of January. I'd recommend following things on the Introversion forums if you're truly curious. These things take time. It especially takes more time, given that they've reduce their total number of full time staff down to a skeleton crew. But they're almost definitely still working on Subversion. There's just not much to say right now.
