Edit: I verified the amendment results by county (http://www.wral.com/news/state/nccapitol/blogpost/11079387/) but I'm not finding the other graphic.

Well I never know when he's going to act up and it'll go on consistently for a couple weeks at a time so I can't keep him locked in the bathroom indefinitely. I try and keep the bedroom and bathroom doors closed so he has less places to make his mess.

I don't believe so. Sometimes it'll be a month and sometimes it'll be six between tantrums. I really don't think he could be getting into anything because we keep place pretty animal friendly. I keep that in mind though and keep a lookout, thanks.
