My girlfriend was basically still attached to her mother at the hip and did everything her parents told her to. She was bad with money and a terrible student (college). Codependent me didn't make the smart move and break up with her, but asked my mom for advice.

She told me that some girls mature a lot when they get married, getting away from their parents and becoming an adult.

Was married for two years, been divorced for one. She's back with her parents, living in her old bedroom, working for five hours a week.

We were driving through Amarillo when we saw an accident. We slowed down like everyone else, but then the car that was at fault drove off. My dad says "I hate people who hit and run" and then chased the guy for about two miles through neighborhoods until we got close enough for him to get the guy's license plate number. We drove back and he gave it to the people who got hit.
