I'd just told Burnsy in a pm what I'll tell every parent: safer not to discuss exes online, as online comments can be used against parents in custody disputes. So glory in your kids but keep the other parent out of the discussion.

Respectfully, anything posted online is discoverable and admissible. Negative comments made online about an ex can and many times have been used against parents in custodial disputes--often many years later.

One person's honesty is another person's disparagement.

In any event, as he changed it, the issue's resolved.

And I'm still delighted for him! His son is beautiful. And the circumstances under which he obtained custody of him suggest that his son is wanted.

There have been great flight-combat games over the years. I've also often wondered what happened to them or to games like them.

The Wing Commander games, of course. Also, not even just space sims, but even flying combat sims like Gunship, Falcon 3.0, Red Baron, or Their Finest Hour (my personal favorite).

This is great advice--except for the part about parties not being entitled to representation by attorneys. Many states allow parties to be represented by attorneys in small claims court.

Here's a quick google to show how jurisdictions vary.
