He makes it look easy because he has been doing it for a better part of three decades and has a whole assembly of trained/experienced pro's to help him.

However, he did state when he was young and inexperienced he once got his face beat in trying to repo a plane and said his head swelled to three times it's size.

Most newcomers to airplane repoing should know how dangerous it really is, think about it, you are trying to take a millions of dollar piece of property from someone.
