you could also mention the cab-bikes. my son really liked it and you get to see the city with a different point of view. once we met this cool dude who talked to my son about his bike, how it worked half-battery, half pedals. my son was really impressed. although, it kind of made me feel like i was making him my slave, gave him a really big tip so i wouldn't feel so bad for him working so hard for me (which is ironic).. but he told me he really enjoyed it. didn't make me feel better, but that's not the point. good luck with the writing!
