Thanks for the amazing answer. And your right its not a horrible price and you refs do a great job and although you guys are more like observers then refs, I've seen you guys make some active calls so I have no problem paying you guys for your time.

The biggest problem for us at least, is the organization. I'm not sure if it's Ultimate in particular or the entire intramural program but they seem kind of disorganized. We signed up for a team in the beginning of the semester and there was a box on the side of the webpage that said "Team Fees Due:" and underneath it said something like there are no team fees associated with your sport [paraphrasing]. So everyone on the team thought we were doing this for free. Then last night we find out we have to pay $65 which is understandable but a little out of the blue for us. We also missed the captain's meeting because we were never notified. I understand they are on the main page now but when we signed up there weren't. I have other things to do then constantly check the intramural homepage. And they have our emails, why couldn't they send out a single email? I have yet to receive any notification for intramurals this semester.

I'm not sure if this is Ultimate's own disorganization or if it's all intramurals in general, but if I'm paying for something I think that some organization is the least I can ask for.
