What people usually think of a mojito is not actually a true mojito. Mojitos are white rum (or tafia), mint sprigs, lime juice, sugar (preferably cane sugar juice) and optionally topped with soda (soda being a modern addition). The lime pieces are not placed in the glass or muddled with the sugar and mint. Most bars and mixologists do add the lime chunks whole and muddle them with the rest though (as pictured here), similar in style to a caipirinha. This still makes a tasty drink but it's a sort of mojitirinha rather than a true classic mojito. The use of unrefined sugar crystals in the pictured drink again makes it closer to a caipirinha than the first glance would suggest. Your only real hope is appeal to something like the FOSS community and hope someone is interested enough as a mutual project, but I can't see it happening. Having an idea, domains, social media accounts and offering to market the project is about 1/50th of the total workload. The designer does a bit but there's usually only so much artwork required for mobile games. All the rest is your developer. Depending on your project managing experience they might be required to design the entire project (in terms of structurally planning it and designing or extending a game engine) as well as develop it. Anyone can "design" an application or concept for a game. Basically you're asking for someone to do almost all of the work of your idea for free to get a portfolio peice that may or may not go anywhere, with "attribution". Not a great deal. Why don't you have a go at the iOS SDK yourself for a bit then ask people when you hit a problem? It's not that bad to play with to be honest and there's near unlimited help kicking about for when you get stuck. Power requirements are likely to be similar, the Pi will draw a little more as it has onboard ethernet (on the B model), USB hub and other additional things. Power draw of the CPU and GPU are equivolent to a modern smart phone though.
