Have you had your bra size taken recently? Lots of ladies wear the wrong bra size. I have a 42H bra but I'm actually a 38J (J for JUGS!). But having a nice supportive bra makes 'em look real nice and can be quite flattering to the figure. Plus, it helps your posture too, which can also help you look/feel better.

Arizona has pretty dry heat if I remember. A lot of other places have thick, muggy, suffocating heat that takes any existig breathing problems and just makes them so bad.
