I don't like guided meditations but I put together some great meditation mp3's for myself and my friends.

They are just Tibetan singing bowls and ocean waves, or singing bowls and babbling brook. No binaural beats but highly effective for drowning out monkey mind.

I think they are superior to many commercial meditation programs like centerpointe.

If someone would create a torrent and seed these that would be awesome, or if someone has dedicated hosting. My host sucks.

Well I am not mad at the chip, I am mad at the management.

They changed the way they designed chips and told anyone who didn't like it to leave, and half of the engineering staff quit.

They moved to fully automated design tools instead of hand placing transistors and optimizing the design.

And look at what it got us.
