if you are trying to avoid the interstate its not going to be pretty. I didn't put much thought into this route, i just continued to drag the route off the interstate every time it tried to connect with one, seems to do the trick if you can put up with it.

it helps that I had a lot to lose. I started at 6 ft 0 in and 288 lbs. I'm using myfitnesspal to simply count calories, its really helping. laying off alcohol is also being very helpful. furthermore a good support system is key, both online and in real life.

my diet started before c25k but c25k has really ramped up my weight loss. I think i lost 5 lbs in 3 months before c25k and 17 since in 6 weeks, still not going as fast as i would like it to.

Cardio is a great way to lose overall weight, and through the process of the c25k program you will notice you gain muscle in your calves, then it creeps up to your hammys then it works its way up your stomach in weeks 5 and 6. at least that's how its gone for me. 22 lbs later I'm still going strong.

The only complaint I've ever heard about them is everything is under seasoned, specifically that they seem to never salt anything ... and yet there is salt right there on the table for you to use!

look at the definition around the ribs, no baby with that much neck fat would be showing ribs like that, also there should be some baby fat in the pectoral region as well. most definitely shopped.

Google Maps of my favorite section of road. Check out the first person view from points B to C, by far the most fun road I ever drive. Begining to end google maps says 30 mins, trust me it can be done in 20 :D

better way to use a waterfall is to take a 2 liter, cut off the top, fill with water, melt a small hold in the bottom of a 20 oz, and cut a small hole in the cap and fit a small socket in it, this way your hands dont get wet and you dont have to be near a faucet every time you use it.

the tax implications are always going to be long term capital gains and never ordinary income, but you might want to consider UIT's - they are basically mutual funds that have anywhere from a 1 - 2 year life span. put in money wait 2 years see where you stand. there's no yearly fee but there is a front end sales charge. UIT's allow diversification without committing to the larger front end sales load of A shares of mutual funds or the yearly sales load of C shares.
