Haha saw the video this morning and I thought it would make Londoners cringe.

As a Melbournian who has recently moved to London after living elsewhere in UK for 3 years, I can see where the common misconception of Australians "exporting good coffee" to London. I've noticed that there are a lot of Australian baristas at the good coffee shops, but maybe for the same reason you see a lot of Australians as barmen at pubs.

This might be controversial here, but my opinion is that I agree that the coffee wont be at its optimum taste at that age, but if it has been stored correctly you will still extract some excellent coffee from those beans. It would be a shame for top quality coffee to be disposed of!

Do still complain to Amazon and Intelligestsia so they don't make the mistake again!

I disagree that a paper chart is faster when you factor in data input and calculating formulas. You also don't take into account the great benefits of having these things available electronically, such as; accessing the data from anywhere in a hospital, graphing trends and alerting when something is wrong.

Try Simple in Northern Quarter for dinner, and then stay out in that area. As for bars, not sure what your scene is but I quite like Blu, Socio Rehab (crazy cocktails), and blackdog ballroom.
