It's more like Sauraman.

Emotions are extremely different from thoughts. I already explained this.

Emotions and thoughts are very different. An emotion is the feeling you get when you're angry or sad or something. A thought is usually in words or pictures in your mind and you usually hear it without seeing it. When you're mad, you don't think "I am mad." Or see a picture of a mad person, you frown and probably aren't going to be in a good mood for a while. Emotions and thoughts are completely different. Maybe you can control thoughts, maybe you can't. But you certainly can't control emotions.

No, people don't have control of their emotions, but they have control of their actions.

Also, saying that gay people should just switch over and like the opposite sex is like asking all the straight people in the world to start liking the same sex. It's simply not possible and it's not going to happen.

That's because our mind registers the fact that you said something about an elephant before it realizes that you said not to think about it. It's not like we can't control that, it's just how quickly we can react to things.

Yes, their brains and their bodies. They are in full control of what they do with themselves.

What does football have to do with marrying your daughter? I'm sorry. You aren't making any sense. And yes, people do have free will. Some people like you are just too stupid to think for themselves. I'm done talking.

Is there a difference between loving someone and being in love with someone? by lizzzard01in AskReddit

Just because you want to have sex with someone doesn't mean you love them...

Wwell it certainly seems like you need to understand it a little better than you do.

What I meant by loving someone is the kind of love when you want to be with that person because you just like everything about them, not the kind of family love.

You can't force someone to love you, it simply doesn't work that way. I've even tried to get myself to love someone more than I actually do, and it's just not possible. Have you ever been in love? Something tells me you haven't from your lack of understanding of how it works.

My daughter was removed from her Girl Scout troop after a fellow scout discovered that my daughter liked girls and boys. by lizzzard01in AskReddit

Yeah, It's terrible how the kids around here seem to think like that.

So you get this:

"OMG dude that's so gay!"

"LOL I know!"

And this:

"OMG dude that guy's black!"

"Dude WTF? That's so racist!"

It gives me a headache.

Bestiality jokes? That's messed up. Just because someone loves dogs doesn't mean they fuck them too.

Gay people can not get married in NC! That's what the whole amendment was about!

And yes, as long as they both agree to it.

Fine, let me rephrase that too. Marriage is between any people who love eachother and are willing to spend the rest of their lives together. And yes, a brother an a sister should be allowed to get married as long as they understand the possibilities of birth defects as a result.

And no, not all gay people are allowed to get married.

I think marriage is between any two adults who are in love with each other who want to spend the rest of their lives with eachother.

And again, you're not answering my question. Maybe you misunderstood. I'll rephrase.

What gives straight people the right to be married that gays don't have?

Again, you're not answering. Why are straight people allowed to marry and gays aren't in some places?

You still haven't answered my question. Why shouldn't they be allowed to marry in some states?

I'm afraid you sound like an idiot. I'm sure you aren't, but you sound like it.

Homosexuals are not being allowed to marry, therefore are not receiving the benefits of marriage. They shouldn't have to change their opionion to fit yours just to recieve those benefits. You're not the only important person on the planet, you know.

Besides, if you give me one logical reason as to why homosexuals should not be allowed to marry, I'll shut up and leave you alone.
